Training outcomes can be quantified and at Sports Performance Plus we continue to achieve a high level of success based upon these standardized measurements including but not limted to the 10, 30, 40, 60 Yard Sprints, Pro Agility, Three Cone, Vertical and Standing Broad Jump tests.
Most sports require multi-lateral movements as well as pure sprint speed. My training programs are sport sensitive and thus successes are not merely defined by test results but actual performances on the field. Achieving success in this venue represents my central theme. WE TRAIN TO PLAY.
SHOWCASE, COMBINE & SPARQ PREPARATION
For serious athletes in high school who are are passionate about playing a sport at the college level, the recruiting process is often frustrating and enduring. Having the proper visibility and exposure is vitally important for recruitment success and attending Showcase, COMBINE & SPARQ related events are atop the list for satisfying this requirement. All these events have one commonality; to test and quantify superior athleticism in the following categories (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness). These activities are highlighted on every coaches recruiting calendar and they use the results to objectively establish a list of the most promising candidates. At Sports Performance Plus the goal is to have you fully prepared to engage in these events with highly successful outcomes that will lead to college level opportunities. I can teach you all the proper skills and drills as well as technical tricks that significantly improve performance in all the primary sport specific testing protocols, albeit for Baseball, Football, or Soccer. Defined as exercises that enable a muscle to reach maximum strength in the shortest time possible. This speed-strength ability is known as power. To improve performance you must make the transition from strength training to power training. At Sports Performance Plus we have always used plyometrics as the cornerstone of our programs for elevating physical power to its highest output level. ALL ELSE EQUAL, FORCE IS BOSS.
Under strict supervision we develop a slow and progressive strength, conditioning and flexibility program for athletes coming off an injury and who have been through an extended physical therapy rehabilitation program. All participants must have medical clearance from a certified orthopedic physician to begin training and prepare for competition. I maintain ongoing communication with your treatment team throughout the course of post-rehabilitation training. TO BE READY, TRAIN STEADY.
