Testimonials

I have had the honor and privilege of working with so many athletes over my career and the biggest reward for me has always been a "thank you." Here are just some that have kept me passionate about what I do.......

"Having worked with you for six years I can honestly say that your program has been most beneficial to me throughout my high school and now college football career at ECU. Whether training for a Combine or getting me in top physical shape for the season, I was always prepared for any obstacle or goal. I plan on working with you now and in the future to reap the additional benefits of your guidance. I will continue to recommend you to anyone who wants to become the best athlete they can be and to perform at the highest level possible. Thanks Reed for all you have done for me throughout my career."  James C (Linebacker, East Carolina University)

"Again, thank you so very much for coming to support Taryn on College Signing Day and as always. She will be so lucky if any of her Western Kentucky University coaches are half as wonderful as you."   Lisa O

"Thanks for taking an interest in Paul. We appreciate your enthusiam and the way you encourage him to do his best. I am sure the impact you are having on his life will never be forgotten."  Larry & Trish N (son plays baseball for Virginia Commonwealth University)

"I just wanted to take the time to let you know how much you have meant to me in my development not only as an athlete, but most importantly as a person. You will always be one of my absolute favorite people / coach and I will never forget you. You have instilled in me a great work ethic and how to set and achieve goals. Most importantly you taught me that you could work hard and have fun. We certainly worked hard, but we had lots of fun. I don't know who worked harder; me doing the drills or you teaching me. Guess it had to be you. Thanks for everything coach."  Matt K (former Godwin High School football player & wrestler)

"Thanks for giving me a great start." Patrick E. (Offensive Lineman, San Francisco 49ers)

"I know I haven't kept in touch these past couple of months and I didn't mean for that to happen. I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me when you did. Your support made such a difference in my confidence and I think helped me to realize what I really want. You are such a wonderful person and coach and without you it would have been a much harder year for me. Thanks again and if you would still like a picture of me in my Duke uniform I will be glad to send you one. Thank you and take care." Amanda P (Duke University Track & Cross Country)

"Thank you for all the attention to Christine's recovery and for taking the time to build her confidence, and foster her hope and desire to get back into athletic competition. We appreciate your efforts You're the best!!!"  Dr. Bob & Dr. Felice A.

"I'd like to thank you for everything you have done for me over the past four years. I tell people you are like my second Dad. I owe alot to you in terms of my desire as an athlete and a person. I hope you can make it down to a few games this spring and I look forward to working with you again soon. Thanks again." Daniel D (Hampden Sydney Lacrosse & Football)

"Just wanted to share with you that Alex was recently named top female athlete at her school and one of the most frequently mentioned attributes was her speed. We had several people from the opposing teams comment about her speed this season - and we thank you so much for contribution to that. She will be leaving soon to continue her lacrosse career at Virginia Tech and we are not sure about her training plans with you in the future, but in the meantime thank you for your help in making Alex so much speedier! Good job!"  Lou B (Physical Therapist)

"I am about to leave for Greece but I wanted to make sure I wrote this letter before I left. I simply want to tell you how great it has been to work with you over the past three years. It has really been an adventure. From top to bottom and back up again, it has been a perfect fit working with you. I also wanted to let you know how much this friendship we have means to me. Your advice and suggestions have helped me to mature during the past few years. You are much more than just a speed coach to me. You have defintely been an anchor in my life along with my family and close firends. Thanks for all the times you have listened to me whine and complain about little things. I thought it important to let you know you are more than a coach to me; you are a great friend and great teacher. I will always cherish my many great memories of my time working with you. In conclusion  I just want to tell you how much you mean to me and furthermore how great a person you are. Thanks for all your time and committemnt Coach K. I will see you soon."  Roger B (Defender, William & Mary Soccer)

"You have always been our #1 guy when it comes to increasing running speed. There have been lots of kids who end up downstairs at ACTS due to the fact that they want overall conditioning and weightlifting, but you are still the man when it comes to running."  Ron M. (Owner, Richmond Baseball Academy South)

"First let me say that I appreciate your time with my three kids. Though reluctant to attend the sessions at first each of them really enjoyed working with you. Here is an update on the kids progress since training with you: Jared became the 4th fastest lineman on his college football team; Evan is the fastest sprinter and best long distance runner on the VCU soccer team; and Molly also improved in speed and quickness and has become a scoring machine for her high schools varsity field hockey team. Thanks for your good work."  Michael S.

"Thanks for all you have done for Sara.  Your guidance has helped her improve greatly, and she REALLY enjoys working with you as well!  I know we will be trying to get on your calendar again next spring.  Whenever I meet other parents with kids and we start talking about sports training, I always bring your name up.  Several of them have come to you and every one of them have commented on how valuable your training was for their child. Just to let you know:  I definitely agree with your philosophy/approach (personally tailoring the approach to the individual) which is one the things I REALLY like about what you do with your Company. I think you provide tremendous value BECAUSE of the approach you have chosen to take.  You are the best!  Patty and I feel so fortunate to have met you and to have you (and others as well) working with Sara.  That is the primary reason we are so happy she likes sports - it's coaches like you who help her develop into a good young person."   Wayne P (daughter plays for the Kickers Elite & Super Y soccer teams).

"You're The Best."   Bruce S. (Head Baseball Coach Steward School)

"I really appreciate your taking such an interest in our boys. Our son really looks up to you, and for good reason. Thanks for everything and we will see you after soccer season, if not before." Will S. (Attorney at Law).

"Thanks Reed. John is very pleased with all you are doing for him." Best Regards, Betsy M.

"Thanks Reed. Porter is lucky to have you in his corner." Mollie R.

"Thought you'd be interested to know that Brett was selected as a Pre Season Football Honorable Mention All-American. Not bad for someone going into their junior year. Thanks for all you are doing to help him continue to better his performance." Dave D.

"Reed - thanks for all you did helping Kyle have a successful baseball season." Madeline W.

Hi Reed! Charlie and I just wanted to thank you for helping Conner train for football. It was really part of his life the last few years and I miss having him here and sending him off to either you or Bob Blanton almost every day of the week. It was also nice that he got to know Matt so well and now they have a good competitive relationship going for the the next four years and will probably be friends for a long time. Anyway, thanks for everything and I am sure you will be seeing him on his breaks!  Nancy D.
